Borscht-Making at St. Michael’s Parish for the Ukrainian Pavilion at the Heritage Festival.  The UWAC Edmonton Branches sent volunteers to get the job done.  If you can imagine, I believe that 85 gallons of borscht are being prepared.  The volunteers from UWAC, St. John’s Cathedral Branch were Pauline Mudry, Nadia Opyr, Eileen Yewchuk, and Myroslava Chomiak (not pictured).
